Li Zhi is a licensed practicing architect who has worked and practiced in Hong Kong, Beijing and Guangzhou, and is now a co-founder and lead architect of BAUS Architecture and Urban Planning Design Firm.
Projects that he is mainly responsible for the planning and completion (under construction) include: the renovation of the East District of Haixinsha in Guangzhou (scheme), Liuzhou Bailu Urban Exhibition Hall, Nanchang Liang Shu Art Museum, Jiangmen Pengjiang Theater Complex, Hainan Chengmai Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Health Hospital, and the second phase of Hangzhou Xixi Incity, etc.
In addition to his architectural planning practice, Li Zhi also conducts research and collaboration with institutions and universities in the field of urban design and community social development, and his PhD research topic is - 'The asymmetrical urban environment theory of developing city'.
