Ⅰ. Definitions
1. Raffles Design Institute (hereinafter referred to as "Party A")
2. Student to register (hereinafter referred to as "Party B")
3. Raffles Design Institute Online Registration System (hereinafter referred to as "Registration System")
Ⅱ. Service Declaration
The ownership of this registration system shall be owned by Party A. If Party B uses the Registration System to register online, it shall be deemed that Party B agrees to all the service terms of the Registration System.
Ⅲ. Responsibilities of Party B
1. Party B guarantees that the relevant certification materials provided, and the registration information submitted are complete, accurate and valid.
2. Party B promises not to use this platform to engage in any activities that violate laws, regulations and policies.
3. Party B promises not to conduct any malicious acts against this platform. For any malicious acts that will damage this platform, their corresponding legal responsibilities will be investigated according to laws.
4. Party B ensures that he/she has carefully read this service agreement and clicking the "Agree" button indicates that he/she has voluntarily reached this agreement with Party A and fully accepted the terms of this agreement.
Ⅳ. Protection of Party B's Privacy
1. Party A undertakes to respect and protect Party B's individual privacy and not to disclose his/her personal information to the public. However, this undertaking shall automatically become invalid in the following circumstances:
① Party B (including his/her authorized representatives) requires Party A to disclose the information and makes the above request in written form.
② In compliance with China's national policies and laws, any Chinese state organ with legitimate investigation power shall request Party B's personal information.
③ Any disclosure of personal information, which is not caused by Party A, but by Party B's operation or force majeure factors.
2. Party A's use and disclosure of Party B's information within the corresponding operational range for the purpose of internal management such as system maintenance, organization activities and student status management shall not be subject to this Agreement.
3. If the information provided by Party B is untrue or inaccurate, Party A shall have the right to suspend Party B's right to use the system services.
Ⅴ. Charges
1. Party B shall register online through the Registration System, and Party A shall not charge any fee.
2. After enrollment, Party B shall pay the registration fee, tuition fee of specialized courses and tuition fee of English course within the time specified by Party A.
Ⅵ. Modification of Service Terms
1. Party A has the right to modify the service terms and contents of the System at any time.
2. In case of any changes in the service terms and contents of the System, Party A shall indicate the modification on the web page. If Party B does not accept the modification, Party B shall be immediately disqualified from using the website.
Ⅶ. Information Submission and Security
1. Party B shall write the email address that is frequently used when filling in the registration information. After the registration is completed, Party B will receive the complete registration form via email.
2. Once the registration information is submitted by Party B, it cannot be modified. Therefore, please confirm that the information is correct before submission.
3. Party B shall have the obligation to properly keep the application form and shall be fully responsible for any loss caused by his/her improper keeping of the application form.
4. If Party B finds out any programming problems or bugs, he/she shall immediately notify Party A.
5. Verification codes used via Party B's mobile phone and email are provided by the corresponding service providers, which shall be known only to Party B and which Party A has no right to know, nor shall Party A assume any responsibility for the security of the verification codes.
Ⅷ. Laws
Party A and Party B agree to abide by laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
