Raffles Education Corporation was established in 1990, and its Raffles College of Higher Education is a college approved for registration by the Singapore Private Education Council and certified by the Singapore Edutrust Education Trust (Quality Level). The group currently invests and manages 16 higher education institutions in 14 cities in 9 countries worldwide, providing doctoral, master's, undergraduate, and vocational education programs at all levels, as well as higher vocational training programs.

Raffles Education Group officially entered China in 1994. Raffles China is a high-quality education project that introduces the advanced educational philosophy, management model, and curriculum of Raffles Education Group from Singapore.
